Founded in 1963, our agency has been providing insurance services to Arkansans for over 50 years. We began as an agency focused on life insurance and expanded to include health insurance in the 90’s. In the early 2000’s we began working with employers and businesses on the group benefits they offer to their employees. Today our specialty is working with individuals who are need of individual life/health insurance as well as businesses who need an agency to design, implement, and manage the benefit packages they offer their employees.
Chad began his career in the insurance industry in 2002 and purchased our agency in 2008. Chad’s main areas of focus include helping businesses setup and maintain the benefit packages that they offer to their employees. Chad also specializes in working with individuals on their life insurance needs as well as health insurance. He is a 1999 graduate of Harding University in Searcy, AR where he received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Professional Sales. Chad and his wife live in Maumelle, AR and have three young children.

Paula began her insurance career in 1993 and came to our agency in the early 2000’s. She has a wealth of experience in managing employer’s workplace benefits. Working directly with business owners and human resource managers, Paula will design and implement a group’s benefit plan and then help manage the day-to-day functions involved in their benefit package. Paula and her husband Bill reside in North Little Rock, AR.

Scott began working in insurance in 1976 alongside his father, Bill Roussel, who was one of the founders of our agency. Scott has an extensive background in life insurance as well as group health insurance. Today, Scott resides with his wife Laura in Searcy, AR where he continues to help the clients he’s worked with for over 40 years in the insurance business.
